Feliz Cinco de Mayo mis amigos.
Coincidentally enough, we had a holiday yesterday as well. Indian Arrival day is in observance of the arrival of East Indians into this country as Indentured Servants. We spent the day taking in the sites and enjoying a day with NO TRAINING, and a lot of socializing with Barticians, foreign volunteers, and some ex-Pats that live in the area.
No tortillas though. Hey can anyone send me a recipe for making tortillas? I got a bad craving for burritos.
